My wife and I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant. Our bill was $65, and after waiting approximately 15 minutes just to receive it, we later discovered that two separate charges of $91 each had been made to our credit card instead of the correct amount. When we politely brought this mistake to the attention of the employee, she responded in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner—even in front of the manager. Unfortunately, there was no sincere apology or effort to resolve the situation appropriately. We strongly encourage all guests to carefully review their credit card statements after dining here. The food was satisfactory, but the service was disappointing. In our opinion, both the staff and management would benefit from additional training in customer service and professionalism. This is simply not an acceptable way to treat paying customers. Since this matter has not been resolved to our satisfaction, we are considering pursuing legal action.

Calmari appetizer was good. The dinner was not good because the portion was very small for the money. The blue crab was split down the center and looked like all the meat fell out bc it was way overcooked. The small portion of snow crab was cooked well. There were 2 tiny little potatoes and 2 small pieces of corn. Half the mussels were missing (some were at bottom) and shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. The flavor was the only thing good about the meal. Sausages were good but let's be honest you can't go wrong there. It was our 1st time here and my birthday dinner. The waitress never brought us the crackers to open the shells, I asked a girl walking by and she never came back. My husband had to ask another waiter. We didnt see her for a long time and came back to ask how everything was when we were ready for the check. Unfortunately we will not be back.

The seafood itself was exceptional. The shrimp were plump, perfectly cooked, and infused with just the right amount of spice. The crawfish stood out in particular—vibrant, generously portioned, and bursting with flavor, with a deep, satisfying heat that didn’t overpower their natural sweetness. The red potatoes were tender and well-seasoned, soaking up the sauce beautifully, while the corn on the cob added a subtle sweetness that balanced the dish perfectly. The sausage slices gave all a deep omami flavor boost. What truly elevated the experience was the sauce. It coated every ingredient evenly, delivering a layered flavor profile—savory, spicy, buttery, and slightly smoky. Every bite felt intentional and indulgent without being overwhelming. Good food, reasonable prices. The plastic bag presentation of meals is not attractive. Service was ok. Waitress forgot to split the bill. My scallops were tasty, and others who ordered crab legs enjoyed them. They do not provide little forks for removing crab from shells.

Trying out a new lunch spot here in Cape Coral, Master Crab! A friend of mine mentioned a crab boil and so I got a hankerin’. Super cute restaurant, decorated to the nines with the fishing boat theme. I kept it pretty simple, got 1/2 pound of blue crab, 1/2 pound of sausage, all of it with the crab special seasoning. The waitress Natalie was very attentive and the kitchen was quick with my order. Check it out!! #seafood #yum #yummyO #food
